Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase on new HOME 1969 items only. Vintage clothing and accessories are FINAL SALE with no exceptions for returns or exchanges. Please check all measurements before purchase or message us directly for any extra info needed before checkout. All HOME1969 returned items must be unworn, unwashed, without any alterations and has all tags attached. HOME 1969 reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet our Return Policy guidelines. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within 15 days. Please understand that refund payment times are out of our hands and are dependent on the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further assistance. 

Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your unworn and unwashed item within 30 days for a different size. For a new style or color, please return the item and place a new order. There are no exchanges on vintage items.

Please submit a return request through our contact page with the header “Return Request.” We will send you a return authorization number with further instructions.
